"Run for the Roses" with gold lilies accenting the beautiful
champagne crystal organza hat base. The crown is wrapped with
ivory embroidered lace accented with sequins and faux
pearls...this lace is also the rosetta behind the lilies. Four
Exotic ivory ostrich plumes accent the crown and sweep around

This type of lace is also known as tape lace. This beautiful fan
is available in 9 colors of lace. The fans are accented on the
