"Miss Mary" is a darling Edwardian Style Touring Hat inspired by the movie Mary Poppins. It designed over a faux horsehair/faux straw hat. Accented with delicate bridal tulle around the brim and also as the bow chin strap. The chin strap is totally removable as it has Velcro at each end. Beautiful pink lilacs accent the brim.
