Victorian Parasol My Heartache $149.00
Item #VP1A
Mourning Parasol: "One of a Kind"
Parasol: Victorian Parasol: Edwardian Parasol:
Re-enactment Parasol: Mourning Parasol: Black Parasol
SOLD! Thank YOU Rita!
Please Note: Because Black is difficult to photograph, I"ve lightened several of the photos; therefore the texture of the lace and the tiers are more visible.
This Victorian or Edwardian Style Parasol is graced with tiers of beautiful gossamer black Lace that's accented with a rose design; it's 20 inches in diameter. I named it "My Heartache" because during Victorian and Edwardian times a lady usually carried a black parasol when she'd was mourning the loss of a loved one. It's accented with Black Satin ribbons The base of the parasol is black nylon. It has a wooden handle and wooden finial. All of the trims are sewn on by hand. Very feminine and exquisite and my photos don't do it justice! Excellent choice for the Civil War reenactor or a perfect addition to your Somewhere in Time hat for that special Somewhere in Time Weekend event held in October at Mackinac Island.

Victorian Parasol "Country Girl" Red Gingham $149.00
Item #VP2A

Parasol: Victorian Parasol: Edwardian Parasol:
Re-enactment Parasol: Red and White Parasol
This is a 20 inch Victorian or Edwardian Style Parasol in white Lace and red Venice lace trim. This elegant, yet dainty parasol is very delicate and perfect for a wedding, summertime or Easter Sunday and maybe even an Easter Parade. The ribs of the parasol are accented with red rose Venice lace trim and it's also the trim around the perimeter of the parasol. The top of the parasol has a layer of white lace over red gingham that match the lace on the perimeter of the parasol. There's beautiful petite organza and satin roses sewn to the top as well as to the ends of the ribs and these roses are accented with red satin ribbon. The top of the parasol and the handle is accented with 1.5 inch wide red organza and satin ribbon. All trims are hand sewn to the lace frame. It would make a perfect addition to your Somewhere in Time hat for that special Somewhere in Time Weekend event held in October at Mackinac Island.
